7.     ANNUAL REPORT

 

The annual report of 2006-2007 has been published and copies have been distributed to all concerned.

 

8.     ADVISORY MANAGEMENT COMMITEE MEETING

 

The AMC meeting was held on 4th March, 2008 and the minutes of the meeting was sent to all concerned.

 

9.     EQUIPMENTS / ACCESSORIES

 

One digital camera and one LCD Projector have been procured.

 

10. PUBLICATIONS

Following reports were prepared by the Regional Centre during the year under report :

 

l     Actual success of Afforestation Programme and Tree Planting Activities undertaken during 2004-2005 in Jajpur and Ganjam districts of Orissa.

 

l     Actual success of Afforestation Programme and Tree Planting Activities undertaken during 2005-2006 in Kolkata district of West Bengal.

 

l     Success of projects under National Afforestation Programme (NAP) undertaken by six different Forest Development Agencies (FDAs)
